A perfect location for beach-lovers. Just walk across the street and you are there! The villa was very roomy. A nice large kitchen, well stocked with plates, silverware, glasses etc. Fridge had ice maker which was nice. The bedrooms were large and plenty of closet space. They did lack mirrors though. The balcony off the master was wonderful. We had coffee outside every morning. Even watched the sunrise. Had 2 nice beach chairs (the other 2 a bit rusty). First floor outdoor space was nice too. A binder is available to check out local restaurants. The shower head in 1 bathroom needs an update. We saw Diane only once but her number was available if needed. It was great to have a 3rd bathroom since there were 3 of us. Very comfy living room. Took a couple of days to get used to the lower toilets and sinks but certainly not a deal breaker. We love the area and the eateries nearby, and especially love the Melborne Market. We lucked out with excellent weather and very much enjoyed our stay at Beach Bungalow.

Wonderful Place to Relax and Enjoy the View. Clean and Cozy. Feels Like Home. Convenient Location on the Beach. Walk, jog or bicycle to local restaurants, pharmacy and surf shops. Pet Friendly.

The location of the villa is perfect. The view of the Ocean from the master bedroom was awesome. The villa was very nicely furnished and kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was nice to have Rob (owner) there next door in case we needed to ask a question or needed anything. Our stay was immediately following the hurricane and the property was in great shape when we arrived. The only thing I would suggest is to have more bath linens and hand soap (ours was empty)stocked in the bathrooms, and some kitchen towels for the kitchen. We will stay here again in the future!
