I purchased my first big aquarium recently (180 gallon saltwater) through a local merchant in my area. However, I was looking for someone to maintain it for me so that I could just enjoy it. I came across Heath's Aquatic services online and thought I'd give his company a chance, and boy did I strike gold. I arranged my first cleaning with Heath over the phone. Heath showed up on time and after we shook hands, he made a comment right away about my water clarity. I knew then and there, I was in good hands. Heath, with his vast years of experience, gave me an honest and candid assessment of my tank and gave me suggestions of what I could do to further enhance the stability and clarity of my tank. He did not try to sell me anything, but gave me suggestions on what I could purchase which would enhance the quality and clarity of my tank. He did a modest water change, explained each and everything he was doing and why he was doing it, added some very valuable things to my sump to achieve the water clarity which I'd been lacking, and what he could do in the future to better my tank. I was totally impressed with his professionalism and honesty. 2 days after he left, my tank is crystal clear like it was the day I set it up (like he told me it would be). Bottom line, if you're looking for someone to maintain your aquarium in this area, I HIGHLY recommend Heath! You will NOT be disappointed!
