Great friendly staff. After only staying for a few days the housekeepers will know your whole life story LOL... They are not intrusive just easy to talk to. This place is not all about the money {unlike most of the hotels in the area especially Beachside}... It's about the simpler things, and comfortability that people have.The stories they share when they are on vacation, and the stories and friends they make along the way. This is a true vacation hot spot!!! it is a beautiful motel that is reasonably priced compared to others in the area, pristine clean pool always kept top notch- as I constantly see the housekeepers and management testing the levels, etc.
They monitor everything you do on camera and bang on your door if they don't like the way you parked or something. Not the place to hang out if you want to have fun on the beach. They do not allow you to have guests.

Clean room , great front desk service, pool and a very short walk to the clean beach. Great service.
Great views and right in downtown Indialantic... I just walk out my door take a couple steps, walk past the beautiful pool and there is the vast Atlantic Ocean right at my back porch.... I would recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody, and I will be back to stay again, & again.
If you are looking for a luxury high rise condo overlooking the beach, this is not it. But it is exactly what you want if you want a clean well-maintained Beachfront Motel. Of course there is direct beach access. But, there is also a really nice beach sode pool. We were told that the rooms were small, and they were. But, they have everything you need and they are well maintained. The floors are tile so they are easier to keep clean. The king sized bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small. It had however been recently, and very nicely, remodeled. The fixtures were all very new. The tile work was very attractive and professionally done. Overall I was left with a very good impression of the room and the staff who were helpful and friendly the whole time.
We arrived around 9 pm WiFi wouldn't work we were told it was our computer not his WiFi he actually commented are you new to computers because our WiFi always works great then said he had a WiFi "pole" down I'm sure he meant extender to his router (mind you we've stayed at 4 other hotels without issues recently) then his own employee stated WiFi wouldn't work for her either...we left the next morning for work after a terrible nights rest on old uncomfortable beds & recieved a call at 10:30 asking if we were checking out I told them we were finishing up a job & would be there before noon so a late checkout please only to be told there isn't a late checkout either we could pay for another night or they would start moving our stuff outside so we rushed back arriving at 10:59 to find them standing at our hotel room door! I would in no way recommend this place the pool is small & ugly the rooms are tiny & outdated they also smell musty the a/c isn't sufficient the beach access is the only semi decent thing they have all other aspects of this place are simply terrible & we only stayed in fear we couldn't find anything else at that time of night...i only hope the owner has people treat him the way he chooses to treat others we only asked for an extra hour for late checkout...terrible terrible experience I'd give less than one star if possible...
