The best way I can describe it is, I was a stranger that walked in for the first time and treated was treated like a regular customer and an old friend. I had foolishly crushed my recumbent trike between my car and motorhome while making a tight turn. ( yes I foolishly hung it too low on the ladder rack). I called them from Cocoa Beach on Monday explained that I would be here on Wednesday could they have the proper rim, tire and Tube ready to go and install it for me when I got there. I explained that I would only be here for two or three days and wanted to use my bike while I was in Melbourne. Not only did they take care of the above. Chris also managed to salvage my Fender which I thought was beyond repair. I was back on the road in under 2 hours. They did all this for a total labor cost that was beyond fair. It was so inexpensive I won't mention it here. When someone has you over a barrel and they don't take advantage, that leaves a really good impression that lasts. I will be back !
Today, I rode to post office and my rear wheel assembly fell apart after my bike tipped over from the weight of the kids in the bicycle trailer that were in tow. I got it together enough to ride over to bob's cycle and they cranked it out while the kids watched a short kids youtube video! The staff is super helpful and the store prices/labor costs are fair. My retro 10 speed that has more problems than I care to admit was no match for these guys.
Definitely a great selection of bikes to fit your riding style. Service is great and friendly. They also rent certain bike models for great prices. The only issue I had was having to drive across town to the other location to pay for my bike. A system upgrade would definitely be an added service to the shop.
Well stocked shop but most all bike shops have the parts; what Bob's on 5th Ave has that the others don't is Mark. He is a talented decent guy that will do what it takes to fix your issues. Top Notch technician too.

I went there one night 10 minutes before closing, they took me in, and fixed my problem without a fuss, very polite and understanding, this place is well worth driving the extra few miles, rather than me going to ones closer too me, that have attitude problems. I would recommend this bicycle shop too everyone. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to all
Store is well stocked and maintained. This is the only place I would go for my bicycle, stroller, jog stroller, and bike trailer maintenance! They have plenty of tubes and rims and odd ends in stock to get you up and running again in minutes or asap.
