I used to love this place. Now overpriced and less food. Big disappointment
We had Callie as our waitress (hope I didn't mess up her name), and she had an awesome personalty, a beautiful smile, and was very attentive. The food was great and the environment was welcoming. We wanted to taste the gumbo but they were out...the only bummer. The oysters were fresh and delicious. Thank you Bunky's, can't wait to come back for the gumbo.
Love this spot. We're locals and dine here once a week. The food is always delicious. Good burgers, wings and sandwiches, as well as stellar seafood. Perfect spot to eat at the bar or at a table.
Our family of six came for a good seafood dinner. I ordered the grouper platter. When I cut into the filet it did not flake, was still pink and tasted uncooked. I informed my waitress and she said she'd take it to the chef. She came back with the same plate and filet on it and said the chef told her it was cooked so therefore should be good. I told her that she could take it back and did not order anything else. The manager came around and offered me free desert. The very least the chef could do was cook another filet and give it another chance. Such bad customer service! Definitely will not be back.
Food was amazing. Drinks were reasonably priced. Very reasonable. Food and sport bar vibe were odd combo but it takes a minute to get used to. Huge problem is the tv volume was way to loud. Especially in the bathroom.
